Key terms. Review by counsel before launch.

1. Marketplace. meals.deals lists deals published by independent restaurants and is not party to your transaction with them.
2. Deals. Each public deal states its own conditions. Codes are single-use, personal and expire as shown.
3. Personal deals are discretionary. Any private offer is a voluntary gift from the restaurant. Signing up, visiting often, spending, matching an example, or having received an offer before creates no entitlement. Restaurants may pause, change or withdraw personal deals at any time; you agree not to pressure staff for one.
4. Conduct. No fake accounts, no code sharing, no review manipulation.
5. Liability. Food, service and premises are the restaurant\'s responsibility.
